Cancellation Policy: Please kindly give a minimum of 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. If adequate notice is not given fees may apply.

No Show/No Contact Policy: If a scheduled appointment is missed & no attempt at contacting me is made (or if I reach out & no contact is reciprocated) then rescheduling will not be allowed going forward without payment in full for previous missed appointment. Furthermore multiple offenses may result in the inability to book appointments in the future.

Here at Allison Testani Hair Artistry providing you with an exceptional experience & the best possible service at every single appointment is my top priority. That being said please be aware that no full or partial refunds will be given on any service. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair color and/or haircut, so if for any reason you are unhappy please contact me within 48 hours & I will be happy to make any necessary adjustments.
